Mr. Prakash M, the founder of the company entered this venture as “field executive” during the year 1998. He has served various multinational Banks, and he has a rich experience of serving financial institutions like GE countrywide, ANZ, SCB, Fincruise, Barclays Bank and Barclays finance, Phoenix ARC etc.
About Us
SHREE ASSOCIATES was established in the year 2007 with one field executive and now have a strong workforce of more than twenty members. We have delivered the targets month on month, with consistency, and integrity. The Proprietor being a multitasked is himself a DRA certificate Holder. The mode of operation is from the grass root level and he takes the onus of each and every account, the status of the case is within the knowledge of the Proprietor.
What sets SHREE ASSOCIATES apart is that we recover bad Debts for financial Institutions across Bangalore. We also travel out of state like Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Telangana with proper security and local help to recover the dues. We have helped the Financial Institution to achieve their Business Objective, by providing innovative, best in class service.

Infrastructure
SHREE ASSOCIATES is located in the heart of the city, just 3 to 4 Kms away from most of the multinational Banks and Financial Institutions. The Company has about 22 Field Executives, added to which a Senior Manager who is responsible for immediate coordination with the Banks & Financial Institutions and two Back-end Staffs. We ensure that all the statutory payments to the State Government are made in time and is also responsible for all audit compliance. SHREE ASSOCIATES is also equipped with security systems & other facilities.Team
- All are senior collectors having experience of 5 to 7 years.
- Maintain Smooth flow in work progress.
- All collectors are skilled with good communication, negotiation, convincing and having basic system knowledge.
- Aware of Bank code of conduct guided by the management.
- All collectors are having two wheelers and mobile for communications.
- Tracing customers with the help of internet and with phone enquiry etc.

- Handling customers having payment disputes.
- Receiving customer complaints & feedback.
- Preparing MIS on a daily basis.
- Updating the feedback given by the collector and send it across to the bank by maintaining the DCR (Daily Collection Report).
- Maintain Documents like receipts, hand- off, performance letter and all Audit Issue.
- Training all the new staff on their respective jobs.
- Assisting the Customer to contact the bank for any clarification.

During the year 2007 to 2009, SHREE ASSOCIATES recovered cash of Rs 8-10lks only in personal loans.
Standard Chartered Bank
SHREE ASSOCIATES started its service to the Bank during the year 2008, with Credit Card Recovery. Acknowledging the service rendered us, the Bank started adding all the retail products of the Bank. We currently handle Personal Loan, Credit Card, Smart Credit, Auto OD, etc. We have also won various awards in achieving the targets.
BARCLAYS BANK
During the year 2009-2011, SHREE ASSOCIATES served the Bank with all retail products like Credit card, Personal and Business Loan, with the highest target achiever of “Rs 20lks money recovery” on an average across products.
BARCLAYS FINANCE
During the year 2009-2011, SHREE ASSOCIATES has served the Bank with all retail products like Personal and Business Loan, with the highest target achiever of “Rs 8lks money recovery” on an average across products.
SHAHFINLEASE
SHREE ASSOCIATES have served the NBFC with the similar potential shown toward the MNC Banks and was successful in recovering about 8lks cash month on month.
FINCRUISE
As Barclays finance exited the market, Fincruise the assignee/purchaser entrusted the portfolio SHREE ASSOCIATES and is currently serving the NBFC with given targets. PHOENIX ARC This Institution being a branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank, SHREE ASSOCIATES is serving the Bank with credit card and personal Loan by overachieving the targets month on Month.
